MIASMS IN DIFFERENT EYES
Hahnemann's miasm theory,as it has become known, has been a difficulty for homoeopathic practioners ever since. Some have responded like Stapf and Gross, with embarrasment;others have seen it as the most brilliant contribution to Homoeopathy.Early English writers such as Dudgeon and Hughes were outright in their condemnation of it,while early Americans such as Allen and Kent seized upon it as the missing element in an otherwise perfect science. To this day many practioners ignore it while others make it the foundation of their practice.(Rima Handley)
